Office volunteers needed with strong organisational and logistical skills to assist with general office work. As part of the patient services team, volunteers will help provide patients and their families with information booklets which need to be ordered, stored and then sent to patients, their families or health care professionals as requests come in. This site, located along the shores of the Lachine Rapids, within a bird sanctuary and one of the most popular recreational fishing areas in Quebec, is a highly popular ecological marvel. Volunteers help maintain the site through actions that increase biodiversity and allow the community to discover a little bit of nature in the city. Tasks vary from week to week but generally include horticultural work, control of invasive species and the protection of sensitive habitats.
