Our mission is to promote volunteerism.
More than a thousand organizations use our volunteer recruitment service alone!

• Volunteer recruitment and orientation: requests for volunteers can be posted on our website, distributed to various media outlets, and accessed by our placement counselors to match potential volunteers with recruiting organizations

• Group volunteering: companies, schools, sports teams, any group interested in volunteering together OR organizations requiring a group of volunteers for a particular event/job can use this service. Either way, please follow fill out a request form by following the group volunteering link.
• A highly-regarded training program for community organization volunteer coordinators with workshops on volunteer recruitment, selection, motivation, etc.
• Activities to promote volunteerism: workshops, brunches, games ... (English version coming soon!)
• Volunteer fairs which generally take place on a university campus, where prospective volunteers can visit information booths for dozens of community organizations.
• Consulting services: community organizations are welcome to consult us concerning the recruitment and management of volunteers, by appointment at our offices or we can come to you.
• A resource library, open to the general public, where you can find a multitude of documents about volunteerism. You can also check out these links to a world of information on volunteering.
• Newsletters to keep you up to date with the latest developments in the field of volunteering.

• The Christmas Index - open in the months leading up to the holiday season, to help community organizations with registrations for Christmas basket recipients.
• Membership - support the VBM by purchasing or renewing your membership and save on promotional items for National Volunteer Week every April, workshop fees, etc. This link will be updated soon; please call us for information in the meantime.
