  • Do you like cooking and helping people? Would you like to make new friends while helping a good cause? A Meals-on-Wheels group in Hampstead/Snowdon needs volunteers to cook and deliver meals to shut-ins. You would be needed for about three hours, once or twice a month on Tuesday or Thursday mornings.   • Action communiterre is looking for bilingual (written and oral) volunteers to: manage the Good Food Box Program which provides low-cost fruit and vegetables to all community members and supports local farmers, take orders for the program and distribute the boxes once every 2 weeks; volunteers also needed for administrative support to respond to general enquiries and data entry as required.
