  • Short-term activity from 2019-08-05 to 2019-12-15 | Our RISE program is designed for young people with little or no previous experience in volunteering. Over the course of 20 weeks, our RISE Ambassadors will build skills and collaborate with others to build a community project in their city. RISE Ambassadors are the lead creatives behind the community project taking place in each city. They will research topics to develop ideas for a community project and work in a group to decide on one project to execute and evaluate. This group will be supported by the local project coordinator. Our theme for the upcoming cohort is: Environment. You will learn from locals doing similar work and explore ways that you can also participate in creating positive environmental change. You don’t need to be an expert in the topic already. You just have to be open to learning!
