Happy Village International (HAVI) is a charitable organization whose mission is to advocate for children with intellectual disabilities. We promote educational programs and community involvement in order to increase integration and reduce social stigma.
Do you like to work with children? We are looking for volunteers to work interactively with children with intellectual disabilities at Happy Village International’s HAVI Friends program. Volunteers wil help lead children in group activities such as sports, arts, education, and music. Orientation and training will be provided in English. The successful candidate must be independent, hard working and able to conduct research. You will primarily be working from your domicile and must be able to travel throught the city for meetings and events.   • Program Director: We are looking for an open-minded, organized, and attentive individual who will help oversee programming for our HAVI Friends program. This enthusiastic individual will be working with families of children with disabilities and all HAVI staff and volunteers. Directors will help plan HAVI Friends sessions and communicate regularly with the HAVI Friends Youth and Family coordinators.
