Requirements: be reliable, able to work with others, able to follow directions and strong enough to lift a bucket of water. All potential volunteers will be invited to visit the shelter before making a commitment.

The client would prefer someone who shares the same interests as her, which include keeping up to date on current events, reading and doing puzzles, knitting and needlework. She also loves cats and owns three. The volunteer needs to be engaging, interested, flexible and love cats.
