La description de cette demande est disponible uniquement en anglais. | We are currently looking for a Coordinator to help with the logistics (research for flights/ bookings; hotels, finalize contracts), liaise with our beneficiary partners (collect information about participants, make sure that they're prepared for the course, this may involve skype or Facebook messenger calls). Coordinate the printing of manuals, analyzing baseline and need assessment information; creating marketing materials. Requirements: Bilingual (English and Vietnamese). High sense of organization and commitment and of communication. Enthusiastic, friendly, personable and outgoing, attention to detail, flexible and reliable.   • We are currently looking for an experienced Bookeeper to join the Finance and Accounting Committee. The ideal candidate is familiar with the non-profit sector and is motivated by supporting efforts to empower women globally through entrepreneurship. Tasks and responsibilities will include: Data entry, accounts reconciliation, accounts payable, issue tax receipts to donors and checks to suppliers, produce financial statements and other reports. Compliance with federal and provincial requirements by studying requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. Ideal requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is an asset. Two years or more of experience with data entry, record keeping, preferably in the non-profit sector.
